itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dobrodelna organizacija je namenjena vsem osebam ali skupinam ljudi, ki \u017eelijo izvajati dejavnosti za pomo\u010d in podporo ljudem v te\u017eavah ali za socialne, humanitarne, okoljske namene itd. Ti podatki lahko vklju\u010dujejo osebno prepoznavne podatke, kot so imena, naslovi, telefonske \u0161tevilke in e-po\u0161tni naslovi, ter ob\u010dutljive podatke, kot so zdravstveni podatki ali kazenske evidence. Namen GDPR je zagotoviti varno in pregledno ravnanje s temi podatki, s \u010dimer se za\u0161\u010diti zasebnost zadevnih posameznikov.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Na\u010dela GDPR, ki veljajo za dobrodelne organizacije<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zakonitost, zvestoba in preglednost:<\/span> Dobrodelne organizacije morajo osebne podatke obdelovati zakonito, pravi\u010dno in pregledno.
