je pravna oblika dru\u017ebe, ki neodvisnim strokovnjakom omogo\u010da skupno izvajanje dejavnosti, hkrati pa omejuje njihovo finan\u010dno odgovornost na prispevke, ki so jih vlo\u017eili v dru\u017ebo. Natan\u010dneje, SELARL je namenjen reguliranim svobodnim poklicem.<br \/>Svobodni poklici, ki jih zajema SELARL, vklju\u010dujejo odvetnike, zdravnike, ra\u010dunovodje, arhitekte, notarje, geodete, veterinarje, psihologe, farmacevte, zobozdravnike, fizioterapevte itd.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>SELARL omogo\u010da svobodnim strokovnjakom, da zdru\u017eujejo vire za opravljanje svoje dejavnosti, delijo stro\u0161ke in tveganja ter koristijo za\u0161\u010dito omejene odgovornosti, hkrati pa ohranijo veliko mero avtonomije pri opravljanju svojega poklica.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>SELARL je gospodarska dru\u017eba, ki jo lahko ustanovi ena ali ve\u010d posameznikov ali pravnih oseb. Partnerji imajo v lasti delnice, ki predstavljajo njihovo udele\u017ebo v osnovnem kapitalu SELARL.
