SCOP so profitna podjetja, osredoto\u010dena pa so tudi na doseganje socialnih in okoljskih ciljev.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Zadru\u017ena in participatorna dru\u017eba (SCOP) je namenjena predvsem zaposlenim v podjetju, ki \u017eelijo sodelovati v ekonomskem modelu, ki temelji na participaciji in sodelovanju. SCOP-e obi\u010dajno ustanovijo delavci, ki jih mo\u010dno zanima ekonomska demokracija in si prizadevajo preoblikovati svoje podjetje v bolj pravi\u010dno in participativno podjetje.<br \/>SCOP-i so lahko zanimivi tudi za podjetnike, ki \u017eelijo ustanoviti podjetje, ki temelji na na\u010delih sodelovanja in participacije. Ti podjetniki so lahko posamezniki, ki si prizadevajo ustanoviti podjetje z mo\u010dno socialno ali okoljsko razse\u017enostjo ali pa si prizadevajo za uvedbo pravi\u010dnej\u0161ega in bolj enakopravnega gospodarskega modela.<br \/>SCOP-i se lahko ustanovijo v katerem koli sektorju dejavnosti, vendar so \u0161e posebej primerni za srednje velika in velika podjetja. SCOP-i so lahko tudi privla\u010dna mo\u017enost za podjetja v te\u017eavah, ki se \u017eelijo prestrukturirati in bolj vklju\u010diti delavce v upravljanje podjetja.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><br \/>SCOP-e pogosto ustanovijo skupine delavcev, ki \u017eelijo svoje podjetje preoblikovati v bolj demokrati\u010dno in participativno podjetje. \u010clane je mogo\u010de rekrutirati tudi s kooptacijo, torej s \u010dlanstvom, ki ga predlagajo obstoje\u010di \u010dlani.<br \/>SCOP-e v mnogih dr\u017eavah, vklju\u010dno s Francijo, kjer so \u0161e posebej raz\u0161irjeni, urejajo posebni zakoni.
