SAS je primerna za podjetja vseh velikosti, od malih in srednje velikih podjetij do velikih korporacij.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Poenostavljena delni\u0161ka dru\u017eba (PDD) je namenjena posameznikom, ki \u017eelijo ustanoviti podjetje, hkrati pa izkoristiti veliko organizacijsko fleksibilnost, pri \u010demer je odgovornost omejena na vi\u0161ino njihovih prispevkov v dru\u017ebo. PDD je \u0161e posebej primerna za podjetnike, ki \u017eelijo opravljati gospodarsko dejavnost v sodelovanju z drugimi posamezniki, bodisi fizi\u010dnimi bodisi pravnimi osebami. Omogo\u010da veliko pogodbeno svobodo, veliko fleksibilnost pri upravljanju in odgovornost, omejeno na prispevke.<br \/>SAS je primeren tudi za podjetnike z ambicioznim razvojnim projektom, ki zahteva znatna sredstva vlagateljev. Uporablja se lahko tudi za ustanovitev h\u010derinskih dru\u017eb obstoje\u010dih podjetij.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Vendar je treba opozoriti, da je SAS podvr\u017een nekaterim formalnostim, zlasti glede priprave statuta, organiziranja skup\u0161\u010din delni\u010darjev, imenovanja predsednika in vodenja ra\u010dunovodskih izkazov. Prav tako mora izpolnjevati zakonske in dav\u010dne obveznosti, ki veljajo za dru\u017ebe.<br \/>Dru\u017ebo SAS vodi predsednik, ki ga imenujejo partnerji in je odgovoren za vsakodnevno vodenje dru\u017ebe. Delni\u010darji lahko prejmejo dividende na podlagi dobi\u010dka dru\u017ebe. Delnice SAS se lahko prosto prena\u0161ajo.<br \/>SAS ponuja prednosti, kot so fleksibilnost upravljanja, za\u0161\u010dita delni\u010darjev z omejeno odgovornostjo, mo\u017enost nadomestila predsedniku v obliki pla\u010de in dividend, mo\u017enost zbiranja sredstev na borzi in pozitivna podoba blagovne znamke za podjetja.
