Omogo\u010da vam, da izkoristite prednosti SAS (organizacijska fleksibilnost, pogodbena svoboda, odgovornost, omejena na prispevke), medtem ko vas upravlja ena sama fizi\u010dna ali pravna oseba.<br \/>SASU je primeren tudi za podjetnike z ambicioznim razvojnim projektom, ki zahteva znatno zbiranje sredstev s strani vlagateljev. Uporablja se lahko tudi za ustanovitev h\u010derinskih dru\u017eb obstoje\u010dih podjetij ali za upravljanje premo\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Vendar je treba opozoriti, da mora SASU izpolnjevati nekatere formalnosti, zlasti glede priprave statuta, organiziranja skup\u0161\u010din delni\u010darjev, imenovanja predsednika in vodenja ra\u010dunovodskih izkazov. Prav tako mora izpolnjevati zakonske in dav\u010dne obveznosti, ki veljajo za dru\u017ebe.<br \/>Predsednik SASU je odgovoren za odlo\u010ditve in vsakodnevno upravljanje podjetja. Lahko je pla\u010dan v obliki pla\u010de in\/ali dividend. Statut SASU se lahko prilagodi specifi\u010dnim potrebam podjetja, partnerji pa imajo precej\u0161njo pogodbeno svobodo pri organizaciji poslovanja podjetja.<br \/>SASU je zavezana k davku od dohodkov pravnih oseb (IS), dobi\u010dek dru\u017ebe pa se obdav\u010di na ravni dru\u017ebe. Delni\u010darji so odgovorni za dolgove dru\u017ebe le v vi\u0161ini svojih kapitalskih vlo\u017ekov.<br \/>SASU ponuja prednosti, kot so fleksibilnost upravljanja, za\u0161\u010dita delni\u010darjev z omejeno odgovornostjo, mo\u017enost nadomestila predsedniku v obliki pla\u010de in dividend ter pozitivna podoba blagovne znamke za podjetja. Vendar pa je lahko ustanovitev in upravljanje SASU bolj zapleteno in dra\u017eje kot samostojni podjetnik ali EURL.<br \/><br \/><strong>Kot poenostavljena delni\u0161ka dru\u017eba (SASU) bodo vrste in narava osebnih podatkov, ki jih lahko obdelujete, odvisne od vrste dejavnosti, ki jo opravljate.
