GDPR je nariadenie; \u010dlensk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty ho nem\u00f4\u017eu meni\u0165 ani \u201eprisp\u00f4sobova\u0165\u201c. M\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 priamo transponovan\u00e9 do legislat\u00edvy 29 \u0161t\u00e1tov, v \u010dase 18 \u0161t\u00e1tov, teraz od Brexitu a je platn\u00e9 v s\u00fa\u010dasnej podobe a k rovnak\u00e9mu d\u00e1tumu od 25. m\u00e1ja 2018. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s preto bude musie\u0165 by\u0165 v s\u00falade s predpismi a na\u0161e podniky a organiz\u00e1cie bud\u00fa musie\u0165 by\u0165 v s\u00falade s predpismi. To v\u0161ak z\u010faleka nie je pravda.<\/p>\n\n

Toto pozit\u00edvne nariadenie, ktor\u00e9 podp\u00edsala Eur\u00f3pska komisia, reaguje na v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00e9 predstavuje r\u00fdchly rozvoj nov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed. Je to vizion\u00e1rsky politick\u00fd postoj, ktor\u00fd hlboko otrasie zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm poriadkom. Bolo na\u010dase...<\/p>\n\n

V skuto\u010dnosti sa m\u00f4\u017ee uk\u00e1za\u0165 ako strategick\u00e9 akt\u00edvum, bezpochyby p\u00e1ka rastu a pro-podnikate\u013eskej hodnoty, v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade etick\u00e1 z\u00e1ruka vz\u0165ahu s danou osobou, vz\u0165ahu so zamestnancom alebo spolupracovn\u00edkom, vz\u0165ahu so subdod\u00e1vate\u013eom alebo partnerom, vz\u0165ahu so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom... vz\u0165ahu vo v\u0161eobecnosti.
