EPC podlieha obecnej kontrole a m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd stupe\u0148 riadiacej auton\u00f3mie. EPC m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 r\u00f4zne pr\u00e1vne formy, ako napr\u00edklad obecn\u00fd \u00farad, miestna verejn\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 alebo verejn\u00fd priemyseln\u00fd a obchodn\u00fd podnik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Radnica je verejn\u00fd subjekt obce, ktor\u00fd zriadila a spravuje obec (alebo mesto) a ktor\u00e9ho poslan\u00edm je poskytova\u0165 miestne verejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby obyvate\u013eom tejto obce. Verejn\u00e9 in\u0161tit\u00facie obce s\u00fa pr\u00e1vne subjekty spravovan\u00e9 verejn\u00fdm pr\u00e1vom, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u00fazemnej spr\u00e1vy vo Franc\u00fazsku. Je pripojen\u00e1 k obci a jej \u00falohou je zabezpe\u010dova\u0165 riadenie miestnych z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed a uspokojova\u0165 potreby obyvate\u013eov obce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tam <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/sk\/\">radnica<\/a> je verejnopr\u00e1vna \u0161trukt\u00fara typu obecnej verejnej in\u0161tit\u00facie. M\u00e1 preto pr\u00e1vnu subjektivitu odli\u0161n\u00fa od pr\u00e1vnej subjektivity obce. Na \u010dele radnice stoj\u00ed starosta a obecn\u00e9 zastupite\u013estvo, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa volen\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdch \u0161es\u0165 rokov. Starosta je zodpovedn\u00fd za vykon\u00e1vanie rozhodnut\u00ed obecn\u00e9ho zastupite\u013estva a za ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 riadenie obce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Radnica m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vomoci a zodpovednosti definovan\u00e9 z\u00e1konom. Je zodpovedn\u00e1 za riadenie miestnych verejn\u00fdch slu\u017eieb (obyvate\u013esk\u00fd stav, urbanistick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie, cesty, \u0161koly at\u010f.), mestsk\u00fa pol\u00edciu, riadenie miestnych financi\u00ed, region\u00e1lne pl\u00e1novanie at\u010f. Radnica je financovan\u00e1 z vlastn\u00fdch zdrojov (miestne dane, poplatky at\u010f.) a zo \u0161t\u00e1tnych dot\u00e1ci\u00ed.
