\u00c9 uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o que realiza miss\u00f5es de interesse geral, sem ter sido reconhecida como ARUP;<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

A associa\u00e7\u00e3o de interesse geral (AIG) destina-se a associa\u00e7\u00f5es que atendem a determinados crit\u00e9rios especificados por lei, nomeadamente a necessidade de terem como finalidade exclusiva e desinteressada o interesse geral. Ao contr\u00e1rio das associa\u00e7\u00f5es abrangidas pela Lei de 1901, as associa\u00e7\u00f5es de interesse geral t\u00eam um regime fiscal especial que lhes permite beneficiar de vantagens fiscais (isen\u00e7\u00e3o de determinados impostos e taxas, possibilidade de receber doa\u00e7\u00f5es e legados isentos de impostos, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

Para ser considerada uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o de interesse geral, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o deve atender a v\u00e1rios crit\u00e9rios, incluindo:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Ter um objetivo desinteressado e exclusivo de interesse geral;<\/span><\/p>\n

Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de interesse geral podem ser criadas por indiv\u00edduos, empresas, autoridades locais, administra\u00e7\u00f5es, etc. No entanto, nem todas as associa\u00e7\u00f5es podem reivindicar o status de associa\u00e7\u00e3o de interesse geral, pois isso depende de sua finalidade e opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n
