Um Estabelecimento P\u00fablico Industrial e Comercial (EPIC) \u00e9 um tipo de organismo p\u00fablico na Fran\u00e7a que exerce atividades econ\u00f4micas, comerciais ou industriais. Diferentemente de um estabelecimento administrativo p\u00fablico, um EPIC possui um certo grau de autonomia de gest\u00e3o e opera no modelo de uma empresa privada.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Os EPICs s\u00e3o geralmente criados para realizar atividades comerciais ou industriais em nome do Estado ou das autoridades locais, usando recursos e habilidades p\u00fablicas para fornecer bens ou servi\u00e7os \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Exemplos de EPICs incluem servi\u00e7os de transporte p\u00fablico (SNCF, RATP), servi\u00e7os de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia (EDF, Engie) e servi\u00e7os postais (La Poste).<\/span><\/p>\n

Um Estabelecimento Industrial e Comercial P\u00fablico (EPIC) pode ser obrigado a recolher e processar diferentes categorias de dados pessoais<\/a><\/span>, notavelmente:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
