Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (GDPR) fez com que a autoridade francesa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados, a Commission nationale de l&#039;informatique et des libert\u00e9s (CNIL), impusesse diversas multas a in\u00fameras empresas por n\u00e3o conformidade com o GDPR.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Aqui est\u00e3o os principais motivos com alguns exemplos recentes:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>incumprimento da transpar\u00eancia e da informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre dados pessoais,<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>desrespeito aos direitos das pessoas em causa.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>desrespeito ao direito de obje\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas em causa<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>incumprimento do princ\u00edpio da minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>incumprimento das bases legais para o tratamento de dados.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u00c9 importante observar que a CNIL pode impor multas de at\u00e9 4% do faturamento mundial anual da empresa ou \u20ac 20 milh\u00f5es, o que for maior. As multas aplicadas dependem da gravidade da viola\u00e7\u00e3o, do n\u00famero de pessoas afetadas e dos danos sofridos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 uma
