De DPO moet de organisatie ook adviseren over gegevensbeschermingskwesties en samenwerken met de toezichthoudende autoriteit op het gebied van gegevensbescherming.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-354452a ot-traditional elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"354452a\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e01b6d3 ot-flex-column-vertical\" data-id=\"e01b6d3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e8e7b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e8e7b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Daarentegen is de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) een optionele rol die door een organisatie kan worden ingesteld om te helpen bij het beheren van gegevensbeschermingskwesties. In tegenstelling tot de FG of <strong>DPO<\/strong>De DPO is niet verplicht onder de AVG. De DPO kan een aanspreekpunt zijn voor betrokkenen en de organisatie adviseren over gegevensbeschermingskwesties, maar heeft niet dezelfde verantwoordelijkheid voor het toezicht op de naleving van de AVG door de organisatie als de DPO.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kortom, de DPD of <strong>DPO<\/strong> is een verplichte rol met specifieke wettelijke verantwoordelijkheden onder de AVG. Deze moet naleving aansturen, verwerkingen in kaart brengen, prioriteiten stellen voor te nemen acties, risico&#039;s beheren, interne procedures organiseren en naleving documenteren.
