Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om artistieke creatie (muziek, theater, dans, beeldende kunst, enz.), het verspreiden van voorstellingen of tentoonstellingen, het organiseren van festivals of culturele evenementen, het behoud van cultureel erfgoed, het bevorderen van culturele diversiteit, enz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Culturele verenigingen kunnen worden opgericht door kunstenaars, amateurs of professionals uit de culturele sector, maar ook door lokale overheden, bedrijven, scholen of universiteiten, sociale centra, buurtverenigingen, enz. De leden van een culturele vereniging kunnen vrijwilligers of werknemers zijn, afhankelijk van de middelen die de vereniging ter beschikking heeft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De culturele vereniging kan een vereniging zijn in de zin van de wet van 1901 of een vereniging die bekendstaat als de &quot;wet van 1905&quot; (wet op religieuze verenigingen en congregaties), afhankelijk van haar doel en werking.
