href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/nl\">Lokale overheidsonderneming<\/a> (SPL) is een vennootschap waarvan het merendeel van het kapitaal in handen is van lokale overheden (gemeenten, departementen, regio&#039;s) of hun groepen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Het doel ervan is het uitvoeren van activiteiten van openbaar belang, zoals de aanleg van infrastructuur, het beheer van openbare diensten of de lokale economische ontwikkeling. De SPL kan worden opgericht in verschillende sectoren, zoals transport, energie, ruimtelijke ordening, toerisme, enz.
