Een Openbare Industri\u00eble en Commerci\u00eble Inrichting (EPIC) is een type overheidsinstelling in Frankrijk dat zich bezighoudt met economische, commerci\u00eble of industri\u00eble activiteiten. In tegenstelling tot een openbare administratieve instelling heeft een EPIC een zekere mate van bestuursautonomie en functioneert het volgens het model van een besloten vennootschap.<\/span><\/p>\n
