een rechtsvorm die zelfstandige professionals in staat stelt hun activiteiten gezamenlijk uit te oefenen, terwijl hun financi\u00eble aansprakelijkheid beperkt blijft tot de bijdragen die zij aan de vennootschap hebben geleverd. Meer specifiek is de SELARL gericht op gereguleerde vrije beroepen.<br \/>Tot de vrije beroepen die onder de SELARL vallen, behoren onder meer advocaten, artsen, accountants, architecten, notarissen, landmeters, dierenartsen, psychologen, apothekers, tandartsen, fysiotherapeuten, enz.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Dankzij de SELARL kunnen vrije beroepers hun middelen bundelen om hun activiteiten uit te oefenen, kosten en risico&#039;s delen en profiteren van de bescherming van een beperkte aansprakelijkheid, terwijl ze toch een grote mate van autonomie behouden bij de uitoefening van hun beroep.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De SELARL is een handelsvennootschap die kan worden opgericht door een of meer natuurlijke of rechtspersonen. De vennoten bezitten aandelen die hun deelname in het kapitaal van de SELARL vertegenwoordigen. Het beheer van de SELARL wordt waargenomen door een of meer zaakvoerders, die gekozen kunnen worden uit de vennoten of van buiten de vennootschap.<br \/>De SELARL biedt diverse voordelen, waaronder de mogelijkheid om de financi\u00eble aansprakelijkheid van de vennoten te beperken, het gemak van de overdracht van aandelen en de mogelijkheid om te profiteren van een voordelig belastingstelsel, met name voor vrije beroepen die onderworpen zijn aan de inkomstenbelasting.<br \/>Het oprichten van een SELARL vereist echter het opstellen van statuten, het aanstellen van een of meer beheerders en het voeren van een boekhouding. Het is daarom belangrijk om u te informeren over de te vervullen formaliteiten en de wettelijke verplichtingen voordat u een SELARL opricht.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Een besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid (SELARL) kan verplicht zijn om verschillende soorten persoonsgegevens te verwerken, in het bijzonder:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Identificatiegegevens: naam, voornaam, adres, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Gegevens over persoonlijke kenmerken: leeftijd, geslacht, gezinssituatie, enz. van cli\u00ebnten, bij een dossier betrokken derden of correspondenten van SELARL.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Gegevens over uw beroepsleven: beroep, diploma\u2019s, beroepservaring, enz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Gezondheidsgegevens: indien de SELARL een activiteit uitvoert die verband houdt met de gezondheid (geneeskunde, fysiotherapie, enz.), kan het nodig zijn om gezondheidsgegevens te verwerken.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Gerechtelijke gegevens: strafrechtelijke veroordelingen, lopende gerechtelijke procedures, etc. van cli\u00ebnten, bij een zaak betrokken derden of correspondenten van SELARL.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Financi\u00eble gegevens: indien SELARL cli\u00ebnten heeft, kan het nodig zijn om financi\u00eble gegevens te verwerken, zoals bankrekeningnummers, rekeningafschriften, facturen, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>De verwerking van deze gegevens is onderworpen aan de vereisten van de AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming), die betrekking heeft op het verzamelen, verwerken, opslaan en verstrekken van persoonsgegevens.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>De SELARL moet daarom de beginselen van transparantie, doelbinding, minimalisering van de verzamelde gegevens, beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van de gegevens respecteren.
