te zorgen dat het bedrijf voldoet aan de regelgeving inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens, zoals de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) in Europa.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De DPO is ook verantwoordelijk voor het bevorderen van het bewustzijn rondom gegevensbescherming binnen het bedrijf en werkt nauw samen met de toezichthoudende instanties.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de DPO kunnen zijn:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Adviseer het bedrijf over de regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming en zorg ervoor dat het bedrijf zich hieraan houdt.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Controleer en evalueer de implementatie van het gegevensbeschermingsbeleid en de procedures van het bedrijf.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Adviseer het bedrijf over Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA&#039;s) om ervoor te zorgen dat de gegevensverwerking voldoet aan de regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Samenwerken met regelgevende instanties inzake zaken die verband houden met de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Zorg ervoor dat medewerkers van het bedrijf bewust worden van kwesties die verband houden met de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Houd toezicht op incidenten op het gebied van
