che svolge missioni di interesse generale, senza essere stata riconosciuta come ARUP;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#039;associazione di interesse generale (AIG) si rivolge alle associazioni che soddisfano determinati criteri stabiliti dalla legge, ovvero che perseguano uno scopo esclusivo e disinteressato di interesse generale. A differenza delle associazioni previste dalla legge del 1901, le associazioni di interesse generale godono di un regime fiscale speciale che consente loro di beneficiare di agevolazioni fiscali (esenzione da determinate imposte e tasse, possibilit\u00e0 di ricevere donazioni e lasciti esenti da imposte, ecc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per essere considerata un&#039;associazione di interesse generale, l&#039;associazione deve soddisfare diversi criteri, tra cui:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Avere un obiettivo disinteressato ed esclusivo di interesse generale;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Non distribuire utili ai propri soci;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Avere una gestione disinteressata e trasparente;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Non essere creato a scopo di lucro;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Non operare a vantaggio di una cerchia ristretta di persone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le associazioni di interesse generale possono essere create da singoli individui, aziende, enti locali, amministrazioni, ecc. Tuttavia, non tutte le associazioni possono rivendicare lo status di associazione di interesse generale, poich\u00e9 ci\u00f2 dipende dal loro scopo e dal loro funzionamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le associazioni di interesse generale (AIG) possono trattare diverse categorie di dati personali a seconda delle loro missioni e attivit\u00e0.
