chiunque desideri unire le persone attorno a un progetto comune senza scopo di lucro. Possono essere create da singoli individui, aziende, enti locali, amministrazioni, ecc. Le attivit\u00e0 svolte dalle associazioni ai sensi della legge del 1901 possono essere molto diverse: culturali, sportive, sociali, umanitarie, ambientali, ecc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Non esiste alcun requisito di nazionalit\u00e0 per creare un <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/it\/\">legge sulle associazioni del 1901<\/a>Tuttavia, \u00e8 necessario che almeno due soci fondatori redigano lo statuto dell&#039;associazione e lo dichiarino alla prefettura.
