Professionisti (SELARL) \u00e8 una forma giuridica di societ\u00e0 che consente ai professionisti indipendenti di svolgere congiuntamente le proprie attivit\u00e0, limitando la propria responsabilit\u00e0 finanziaria ai contributi versati alla societ\u00e0. Pi\u00f9 specificamente, la SELARL si rivolge alle libere professioni regolamentate.<br \/>Le professioni liberali coperte dal SELARL includono avvocati, medici, commercialisti, architetti, notai, geometri, veterinari, psicologi, farmacisti, dentisti, fisioterapisti, ecc.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Il SELARL consente ai liberi professionisti di mettere in comune le risorse per svolgere la propria attivit\u00e0, di condividere costi e rischi e di beneficiare della tutela della responsabilit\u00e0 limitata, pur mantenendo un ampio margine di autonomia nell&#039;esercizio della professione.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La SELARL \u00e8 una societ\u00e0 commerciale che pu\u00f2 essere costituita da una o pi\u00f9 persone fisiche o giuridiche. I soci detengono azioni che rappresentano la loro partecipazione al capitale sociale della SELARL. La gestione della SELARL \u00e8 assicurata da uno o pi\u00f9 amministratori, che possono essere scelti tra i soci o esterni alla societ\u00e0.<br \/>La SELARL presenta diversi vantaggi, tra cui la possibilit\u00e0 di limitare la responsabilit\u00e0 finanziaria dei soci, la facilit\u00e0 di trasferimento delle quote e la possibilit\u00e0 di beneficiare di un regime fiscale vantaggioso, in particolare per le libere professioni soggette all&#039;imposta sui redditi.<br \/>Tuttavia, la creazione di una SELARL richiede la redazione di uno statuto, la nomina di uno o pi\u00f9 amministratori e la tenuta della contabilit\u00e0. \u00c8 quindi importante informarsi sulle formalit\u00e0 da espletare e sugli obblighi legali prima di creare una SELARL.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Una societ\u00e0 di studi professionali a responsabilit\u00e0 limitata (SELARL) potrebbe essere tenuta a elaborare diverse tipologie di dati personali, in particolare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Dati identificativi: nome, cognome, indirizzo, numero di telefono, indirizzo e-mail, ecc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Dati sulle caratteristiche personali: et\u00e0, sesso, situazione familiare, ecc., dei clienti, dei terzi coinvolti in un fascicolo o dei corrispondenti della SELARL.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Dati sulla vita professionale: professione, diplomi, esperienza professionale, ecc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Dati sanitari: se la SELARL svolge un&#039;attivit\u00e0 correlata alla salute (medicina, fisioterapia, ecc.), potrebbe essere tenuta a trattare dati sanitari.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Dati giudiziari: condanne penali, procedimenti giudiziari in corso, ecc. di clienti, terzi coinvolti in un caso o corrispondenti della SELARL.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Dati finanziari: se la SELARL ha dei clienti, potrebbe essere tenuta a elaborare dati finanziari, come numeri di conto bancario, estratti conto, fatture, ecc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Il trattamento di questi dati \u00e8 soggetto ai requisiti del GDPR (Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati) che disciplina la raccolta, il trattamento, la conservazione e la comunicazione dei dati personali.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>La SELARL \u00e8 tenuta pertanto a rispettare i principi di trasparenza, limitazione delle finalit\u00e0, minimizzazione dei dati raccolti, sicurezza e riservatezza dei dati.
