elementor-element-7ef0bf2d ot-traditional elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7ef0bf2d\" misije od op\u0107eg interesa, a da nije priznato kao ARUP;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Udruga od op\u0107eg interesa (AIG) namijenjena je udrugama koje ispunjavaju odre\u0111ene kriterije propisane zakonom, naime da moraju imati isklju\u010divu i nepristranu svrhu od op\u0107eg interesa. Za razliku od udruga prema zakonu iz 1901., udruge od op\u0107eg interesa imaju poseban porezni re\u017eim koji im omogu\u0107uje kori\u0161tenje poreznih olak\u0161ica (oslobo\u0111enje od odre\u0111enih poreza i carina, mogu\u0107nost primanja neoporezivih donacija i nasljedstava itd.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Da bi se smatralo udrugom od op\u0107eg interesa, udruga mora ispunjavati nekoliko kriterija, uklju\u010duju\u0107i:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Imati nezainteresiran i isklju\u010div cilj od op\u0107eg interesa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Ne raspodijeliti dobit svojim \u010dlanovima;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Imati nepristrano i transparentno upravljanje;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Ne smije biti stvoreno radi profita;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Ne poslujte u korist ograni\u010denog kruga ljudi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Udruge od op\u0107eg interesa mogu osnovati pojedinci, poduze\u0107a, lokalne vlasti, uprave itd. Me\u0111utim, ne mogu sve udruge polagati pravo na status udruge od op\u0107eg interesa, jer to ovisi o njihovoj svrsi i djelovanju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Udruge od op\u0107eg interesa (AIG) mogu obra\u0111ivati razli\u010dite kategorije osobnih podataka ovisno o svojim misijama i aktivnostima. Op\u0107enito, ovi se podaci prikupljaju kao dio ostvarivanja njihove korporativne svrhe, koja se mo\u017ee odnositi na razli\u010dita podru\u010dja kao \u0161to su dru\u0161tveno djelovanje, kultura, obrazovanje, okoli\u0161, zdravlje itd.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Osobni podaci koje AIG-ovi mogu obra\u0111ivati mogu uklju\u010divati:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Identifikacijski podaci: prezime, ime, adresa, broj telefona, adresa e-po\u0161te itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Ekonomski i financijski podaci: bankovni podaci, ra\u010duni itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Podaci koji se odnose na profesionalni \u017eivot: osposobljavanje, karijerni put itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Zdravstveni podaci: ako AIG provodi aktivnosti vezane uz zdravlje ili invaliditet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Podaci o volonterima: identitet, kontaktni podaci, vje\u0161tine itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Neprofitne organizacije moraju se pridr\u017eavati na\u010dela francuskog Zakona o za\u0161titi podataka i Op\u0107e uredbe o za\u0161titi podataka (GDPR) u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka.
