SCOP-ovi su profitna poduze\u0107a, ali su tako\u0111er usmjerena na postizanje dru\u0161tvenih i ekolo\u0161kih ciljeva.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Zadru\u017eno i participativno dru\u0161tvo (SCOP) prvenstveno je namijenjeno zaposlenicima tvrtke koji \u017eele sudjelovati u ekonomskom modelu temeljenom na sudjelovanju i suradnji. SCOP-ove obi\u010dno osnivaju radnici koji imaju sna\u017ean interes za ekonomsku demokraciju i koji \u017eele transformirati svoju tvrtku u pravednije i participativnije poduze\u0107e.<br \/>SCOP-ovi mogu biti zanimljivi i poduzetnicima koji \u017eele stvoriti posao temeljen na na\u010delima suradnje i sudjelovanja. Ti poduzetnici mogu biti pojedinci koji \u017eele stvoriti posao s jakom dru\u0161tvenom ili ekolo\u0161kom dimenzijom ili koji \u017eele implementirati pravedniji i pravedniji ekonomski model.<br \/>SCOP-ovi se mogu stvoriti u bilo kojem sektoru djelatnosti, ali su posebno prikladni za srednje i velike tvrtke. SCOP-ovi tako\u0111er mogu biti atraktivna opcija za tvrtke u problemima koje \u017eele restrukturirati i vi\u0161e uklju\u010diti radnike u upravljanje tvrtkom.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><br \/>SCOP-ove \u010desto osnivaju skupine radnika koji \u017eele transformirati svoju tvrtku u demokratskije i participativnije poduze\u0107e. \u010clanovi se tako\u0111er mogu regrutirati kooptacijom, odnosno \u010dlanstvom koje predla\u017eu postoje\u0107i \u010dlanovi.<br \/>SCOP-ovi su regulirani posebnim zakonima u mnogim zemljama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Francusku, gdje su posebno ra\u0161ireni. U Francuskoj se SCOP-ovi mogu osnovati u svim sektorima djelatnosti, od industrije do obrta, uklju\u010duju\u0107i trgovinu i usluge.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Osobni podaci koje obra\u0111uje zadru\u017eno i participativno dru\u0161tvo (SCOP) mogu varirati ovisno o aktivnostima i procesima dru\u0161tva. SCOP-ovi mogu obra\u0111ivati osobne podatke o razli\u010ditim vrstama dionika, uklju\u010duju\u0107i:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>\u010clanovi SCOP-a: Osobni podaci \u010dlanova SCOP-a mogu uklju\u010divati podatke kao \u0161to su njihovo ime, adresa, telefonski broj, adresa e-po\u0161te, dob, spol, bra\u010dni status, obrazovanje, profesionalno iskustvo, vje\u0161tine, mi\u0161ljenja i preferencije.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Kupci: Osobni podaci kupaca mogu uklju\u010divati podatke kao \u0161to su njihovo ime, adresa, telefonski broj, adresa e-po\u0161te, dob, spol, bra\u010dni status, zanimanje, povijest kupnje, preferencije, mi\u0161ljenja i komentari.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Dobavlja\u010di: Osobni podaci dobavlja\u010da mogu uklju\u010divati informacije kao \u0161to su njihovo ime, adresa, telefonski broj, adresa e-po\u0161te, SIRET broj, pravni status, aktivnost, povijest isporuke, ponu\u0111eni proizvodi ili usluge, preferencije i komentari.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Zaposlenici: Osobni podaci zaposlenika mogu uklju\u010divati informacije kao \u0161to su njihovo ime, adresa, telefonski broj, adresa e-po\u0161te, dob, spol, bra\u010dni status, obrazovanje, radno iskustvo, vje\u0161tine, pla\u0107a, beneficije, dopust, radno vrijeme, ocjene, komentari i mi\u0161ljenja.<\/strong><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Osobni podaci koje obra\u0111uje SCOP mogu uklju\u010divati osjetljive informacije, kao \u0161to su zdravstveni podaci, politi\u010dka ili vjerska mi\u0161ljenja, seksualna orijentacija, kaznena evidencija ili genetski podaci. SCOP mora biti posebno pa\u017eljiv na za\u0161titu ovih osjetljivih podataka, u skladu s lokalnim propisima o za\u0161titi osobnih podataka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Ukratko, SCOP-ovi moraju se pridr\u017eavati na\u010dela za\u0161tite podataka utvr\u0111enih u GDPR-u i provoditi odgovaraju\u0107e sigurnosne mjere za za\u0161titu osobnih podataka koje obra\u0111uju.
