SASU posluje kao SAS, osim \u0161to ima samo jednog partnera, koji se naziva predsjednik SASU-a.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Pojednostavljeno dioni\u010dko dru\u0161tvo s jednim \u010dlanom (SASU) namijenjeno je ljudima koji \u017eele osnovati posao uz veliku organizacijsku fleksibilnost, a pritom imaju odgovornost ograni\u010denu na iznos svojih doprinosa tvrtki.<br \/>SASU je posebno prikladan za poduzetnike koji \u017eele samostalno obavljati gospodarsku djelatnost, bez potrebe za partnerstvom s drugim ljudima. Omogu\u0107uje vam da iskoristite prednosti SAS-a (organizacijska fleksibilnost, ugovorna sloboda, odgovornost ograni\u010dena na doprinose) dok njime upravlja jedna fizi\u010dka ili pravna osoba.<br \/>SASU je tako\u0111er prikladan za poduzetnike s ambicioznim razvojnim projektom koji zahtijeva zna\u010dajno prikupljanje sredstava od investitora. Mo\u017ee se koristiti i za stvaranje podru\u017enica postoje\u0107ih tvrtki ili za upravljanje imovinom.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Me\u0111utim, treba napomenuti da SASU podlije\u017ee odre\u0111enim formalnostima, posebno u pogledu izrade statuta, odr\u017eavanja skup\u0161tina dioni\u010dara, imenovanja predsjednika i upravljanja ra\u010dunima. Tako\u0111er mora ispunjavati zakonske i porezne obveze koje se primjenjuju na tvrtke.<br \/>Predsjednik SASU-a odgovoran je za odluke tvrtke i svakodnevno upravljanje. Mo\u017ee biti pla\u0107en u obliku pla\u0107e i\/ili dividendi. Statut SASU-a mo\u017ee se prilagoditi specifi\u010dnim potrebama tvrtke, a partneri imaju znatnu ugovornu slobodu u organiziranju poslovanja tvrtke.<br \/>SASU podlije\u017ee porezu na dobit poduze\u0107a (IS), a dobit tvrtke oporezuje se na razini tvrtke.
