Tarkemmin sanottuna SELARL on suunnattu s\u00e4\u00e4nnellyille vapaille ammateille.<br \/>SELARL-lain piiriin kuuluvia vapaita ammatteja ovat lakimiehet, l\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4rit, kirjanpit\u00e4j\u00e4t, arkkitehdit, notaarit, maanmittaajat, el\u00e4inl\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4rit, psykologit, farmaseutit, hammasl\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4rit, fysioterapeutit jne.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>SELARL antaa vapaille ammatinharjoittajille mahdollisuuden yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 resursseja toimintansa harjoittamiseksi, jakaa kustannuksia ja riskej\u00e4 sek\u00e4 hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 rajoitetun vastuun suojasta s\u00e4ilytt\u00e4en samalla laajan itsen\u00e4isyyden ammattinsa harjoittamisessa.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>SELARL on kaupallinen yhti\u00f6, jonka voi perustaa yksi tai useampi yksityishenkil\u00f6 tai oikeushenkil\u00f6.
