suunatud igale isikule v\u00f5i inimr\u00fchmale, kes soovib edendada, levitada v\u00f5i arendada kultuuritegevust. See v\u00f5ib h\u00f5lmata n\u00e4iteks kunstilist loomingut (muusika, teater, tants, kujutav kunst jne), etenduste v\u00f5i n\u00e4ituste levitamist, festivalide v\u00f5i kultuuri\u00fcrituste korraldamist, kultuurip\u00e4randi s\u00e4ilitamist, kultuurilise mitmekesisuse edendamist jne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kultuuri\u00fchendusi v\u00f5ivad luua kunstnikud, amat\u00f6\u00f6rid v\u00f5i kultuurisektori professionaalid, aga ka kohalikud omavalitsused, ettev\u00f5tted, koolid v\u00f5i \u00fclikoolid, sotsiaalkeskused, naabruskonna\u00fchendused jne. Kultuuri\u00fchenduse liikmed v\u00f5ivad olla vabatahtlikud v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6tajad, olenevalt \u00fchenduse k\u00e4sutuses olevatest ressurssidest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kultuuri\u00fching v\u00f5ib olenevalt oma eesm\u00e4rgist ja tegutsemisviisist olla \u00fching 1901. aasta seaduse alusel v\u00f5i \u00fching, mida tuntakse kui &quot;1905. aasta seadust&quot; (usuliste \u00fchenduste ja koguduste seadus).
