soovivad inimesi \u00fchise mittetulundusliku projekti \u00fcmber kokku tuua. Neid v\u00f5ivad luua \u00fcksikisikud, ettev\u00f5tted, kohalikud omavalitsused, haldusasutused jne. 1901. aasta seaduse alusel tegutsevate \u00fchenduste tegevus v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga mitmekesine: kultuuriline, sportlik, sotsiaalne, humanitaarne, keskkonnaalane jne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asukoha loomiseks ei ole kodakondsusn\u00f5uet. <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/et\">\u00fchinguseadus 1901<\/a>\u00dchingu p\u00f5hikirja koostamiseks ja selle prefektuurile deklareerimiseks on siiski vaja v\u00e4hemalt kahte asutajaliiget. Liikmeteks v\u00f5ivad olla f\u00fc\u00fcsilised v\u00f5i juriidilised isikud (\u00fchingud, ettev\u00f5tted, kogukonnad jne). \u00dchingu liikmeteks v\u00f5ivad olla vabatahtlikud v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6tajad, kuid \u00fchingu eesm\u00e4rk ei tohi olla oma liikmetele kasumi teenimine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1901. aasta seaduse alusel \u00fchenduste poolt t\u00f6\u00f6deldavate isikuandmete erinevad kategooriad:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1901. aasta seaduse alusel v\u00f5ib \u00fching olla kohustatud t\u00f6\u00f6tlema erinevat t\u00fc\u00fcpi isikuandmeid, olenevalt oma eesm\u00e4rgist ja tegevustest.
