realiza misiones de inter\u00e9s general, sin haber sido reconocida como ARUP;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La asociaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s general (AIG) est\u00e1 dirigida a asociaciones que cumplen ciertos criterios establecidos por ley, a saber, que deben tener un fin exclusivo y desinteresado de inter\u00e9s general. A diferencia de las asociaciones amparadas por la ley de 1901, las asociaciones de inter\u00e9s general cuentan con un r\u00e9gimen fiscal especial que les permite beneficiarse de ventajas fiscales (exenci\u00f3n de ciertos impuestos y tasas, posibilidad de recibir donaciones y legados libres de impuestos, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para ser considerada una asociaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s general, la asociaci\u00f3n debe cumplir varios criterios, entre ellos:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Tener un objetivo desinteresado y exclusivo de inter\u00e9s general;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 No distribuir utilidades a sus socios;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Tener una gesti\u00f3n desinteresada y transparente;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 No ser creados con fines de lucro;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 No opere en beneficio de un c\u00edrculo restringido de personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las asociaciones de inter\u00e9s general pueden ser creadas por particulares, empresas, entidades locales, administraciones, etc. Sin embargo, no todas las asociaciones pueden reivindicar la condici\u00f3n de asociaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s general, ya que ello depende de su finalidad y funcionamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las asociaciones de inter\u00e9s general (AIG) pueden tratar diferentes categor\u00edas de datos personales en funci\u00f3n de sus misiones y actividades. Generalmente, estos datos se recopilan para el cumplimiento de su objeto social, que puede abarcar diversas \u00e1reas como la acci\u00f3n social, la cultura, la educaci\u00f3n, el medio ambiente, la salud, etc.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los datos personales que podr\u00e1n ser tratados por las AIG podr\u00e1n incluir:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Datos identificativos: apellidos, nombre, direcci\u00f3n, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono, direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Datos econ\u00f3micos y financieros: datos bancarios, facturas, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Datos relativos a la vida profesional: formaci\u00f3n, trayectoria profesional, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Datos de salud: si la AIG realiza actividades relacionadas con la salud o la discapacidad<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 Datos relativos a los voluntarios: identidad, datos de contacto, competencias, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro deben cumplir con los principios de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos francesa y el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD) en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales.
