Est\u00e1n dirigidas a cualquier persona que desee unir a la gente en torno a un proyecto com\u00fan sin \u00e1nimo de lucro. Pueden ser creadas por particulares, empresas, autoridades locales, administraciones, etc. Las actividades que realizan las asociaciones al amparo de la ley de 1901 pueden ser muy diversas: culturales, deportivas, sociales, humanitarias, medioambientales, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No existe ning\u00fan requisito de nacionalidad para crear una <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/es\">Ley de asociaciones de 1901<\/a>Sin embargo, se requieren al menos dos socios fundadores para redactar los estatutos de la asociaci\u00f3n y declararlos ante la prefectura. Los socios pueden ser personas f\u00edsicas o jur\u00eddicas (asociaciones, empresas, comunidades, etc.).
