En concreto, la SELARL est\u00e1 dirigida a las profesiones liberales reguladas.<br \/>Las profesiones liberales amparadas por la SELARL incluyen abogados, m\u00e9dicos, contadores, arquitectos, notarios, agrimensores, veterinarios, psic\u00f3logos, farmac\u00e9uticos, dentistas, fisioterapeutas, etc.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La SELARL permite a los profesionales liberales poner en com\u00fan recursos para llevar a cabo su actividad, compartir costes y riesgos y beneficiarse de la protecci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad limitada, conservando al mismo tiempo una gran autonom\u00eda en el ejercicio de su profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La SELARL es una sociedad mercantil que puede ser creada por una o m\u00e1s personas f\u00edsicas o jur\u00eddicas. Los socios poseen acciones que representan su participaci\u00f3n en el capital social de la SELARL. La administraci\u00f3n de la SELARL est\u00e1 a cargo de uno o m\u00e1s gerentes, que pueden ser elegidos entre los socios o externos a la sociedad.<br \/>La SELARL presenta varias ventajas, entre ellas la posibilidad de limitar la responsabilidad financiera de los socios, la facilidad de transferencia de acciones y la posibilidad de beneficiarse de un r\u00e9gimen fiscal ventajoso, en particular para las profesiones liberales sujetas al impuesto sobre la renta.<br \/>Sin embargo, la creaci\u00f3n de una SELARL requiere la redacci\u00f3n de estatutos, el nombramiento de uno o m\u00e1s administradores y la gesti\u00f3n de cuentas.
