La SASU funciona como una SAS, con la diferencia de que solo tiene un socio, el presidente.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>La Sociedad An\u00f3nima Simplificada Unipersonal (SASU) est\u00e1 dirigida a personas que desean crear una empresa benefici\u00e1ndose de una gran flexibilidad organizativa, teniendo la responsabilidad limitada al importe de sus aportaciones a la empresa.<br \/>La SASU es especialmente adecuada para emprendedores que desean desarrollar una actividad econ\u00f3mica de forma independiente, sin necesidad de asociarse con otras personas. Les permite beneficiarse de las ventajas de la SAS (flexibilidad organizativa, libertad contractual, responsabilidad limitada a las aportaciones) mientras son gestionados por una sola persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica.<br \/>El SASU tambi\u00e9n es adecuado para emprendedores con un ambicioso proyecto de desarrollo que requiera una importante captaci\u00f3n de fondos de inversores. Tambi\u00e9n puede utilizarse para crear filiales de empresas existentes o para la gesti\u00f3n de activos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar, sin embargo, que la SASU est\u00e1 sujeta a ciertas formalidades, en particular en lo que respecta a la redacci\u00f3n de los estatutos, la celebraci\u00f3n de las juntas generales, el nombramiento del presidente y la gesti\u00f3n de las cuentas. Asimismo, debe cumplir con las obligaciones legales y fiscales aplicables a las empresas.<br \/>El presidente de la SASU es responsable de las decisiones y la gesti\u00f3n diaria de la empresa.
