This may involve, for example, artistic creation (music, theater, dance, visual arts, etc.), the dissemination of shows or exhibitions, the organization of festivals or cultural events, the preservation of cultural heritage, the promotion of cultural diversity, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cultural associations can be created by artists, amateurs or professionals in the cultural sector, but also by local authorities, businesses, schools or universities, social centers, neighborhood associations, etc. The members of a cultural association can be volunteers or employees, depending on the resources available to the association.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The cultural association may be an association under the 1901 law or an association known as the &quot;1905 law&quot; (law on religious associations and congregations), depending on its purpose and operation.
