association in France, which brings people together around a common non-profit project;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">THE <a href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/en\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">associations law 1901<\/span><\/a> are aimed at anyone wishing to bring people together around a common non-profit project. They can be created by individuals, businesses, local authorities, administrations, etc. The activities carried out by associations under the 1901 law can be very diverse: cultural, sporting, social, humanitarian, environmental, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is no nationality requirement to create a <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/en\/\">association law 1901<\/a>. However, it is necessary to have at least two founding members to draw up the association&#039;s statutes and declare it to the prefecture. Members can be individuals or legal entities (associations, companies, communities, etc.). Members of the association can be volunteers or employees, but the association must not aim to make a profit for its members.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The different categories of personal data processed by associations under the 1901 law:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>An association under the 1901 law may be required to process different categories of personal data depending on its purpose and activities.
