wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DER <a href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/de_at\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vereinsgesetz 1901<\/span><\/a> richten sich an alle, die Menschen f\u00fcr ein gemeinsames gemeinn\u00fctziges Projekt zusammenbringen m\u00f6chten. Sie k\u00f6nnen von Einzelpersonen, Unternehmen, lokalen Beh\u00f6rden, Verwaltungen usw. gegr\u00fcndet werden. Die Aktivit\u00e4ten der Vereine nach dem Gesetz von 1901 k\u00f6nnen sehr vielf\u00e4ltig sein: kultureller, sportlicher, sozialer, humanit\u00e4rer, \u00f6kologischer usw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es gibt keine Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeitsvoraussetzung f\u00fcr die Gr\u00fcndung eines <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/viqtor.eu\/de_at\/\">Vereinsgesetz 1901<\/a>. Es sind jedoch mindestens zwei Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder erforderlich, um die Satzung des Vereins aufzustellen und der Pr\u00e4fektur mitzuteilen. Mitglieder k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrliche oder juristische Personen (Vereine, Unternehmen, Gemeinden usw.) sein.
