Dienste;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Zust\u00e4ndigkeitsbereich eines Departements als Gebietsk\u00f6rperschaft; eine Gebietsk\u00f6rperschaft im eigentlichen Sinne ist eine juristische Person des \u00f6ffentlichen Rechts, die nicht der Staat ist und mit einer Aufgabe von allgemeinem Interesse in Bezug auf das Departement, verstanden als Gebiet, betraut ist.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Departementsverwaltungsbezirk wird von einem Pr\u00e4fekten verwaltet, der verschiedene staatliche Dienste leitet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Departementsleitung verf\u00fcgt ihrerseits zur Aus\u00fcbung der ihr \u00fcbertragenen Kompetenzen \u00fcber ein beratendes Organ, den Departementsrat, und ein ausf\u00fchrendes Organ, den Pr\u00e4sidenten des Departementsrats, der die Beratungen des Departementsrats vorbereitet und durchf\u00fchrt.
